Shipping & Returns

Due to our broad customer base, we have not limited our shipping options to any select comapanies. We will do our best to accomodate our customer's preference in shipping. The complete cost of shipping will be billed to the customer.

All returns must be approved before actual return. An email must be sent to mona.royaltime@gmail.com addressing the reasons for returns and visual proof if possible within two weeks of receiving the delievered goods. Once it is approved it can be shipped back to Royal Time Inc and a refund will be issued. We are not responsible any shipping fees, all shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount. Any items shipped without approval and confirmation will be shipped back to the customer.


 All sales from the Clearance section are FINAL SALE items and cannot be returned.
